• Evaluate and optimize current business processes, leveraging Infor XA capabilities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user manuals related to Infor XA implementations.
• Work closely with IT teams to design, configure, and implement solutions in Infor XA, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of Infor XA modules, functionalities, and configurations.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience in reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, Power BI) being a plus.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
