BecTech is seeking a highly talented mid-level analyst with experience in Counter-Countermeasure and Threat Discrimination to join our MDA team. In this role, you will provide systems analysis expertise to develop new Missile Defense System capabilities to identify lethal objects. The position is located in Huntsville, AL.

• Work within a multi-discipline, multi-source/industry team.
• Provide technical analysis, management, and scientific support to MDA's Counter- Countermeasures and Discrimination Directorate.
• Develop and formulate options for improving the Missile Defense System's discrimination and electronic protection capabilities.

• Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
• Systems engineering analysis and process management, including development and review of engineering requirements, concepts of operations, and integrated schedules.
• Experience with technical performance assessments, risk analysis, and mitigation development.

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Knowledge of MDA systems engineering processes.

Salary: $109,500 - $110,750 per year.
