Duration: 12+ MonthsLocation: WI-CumberlandOverview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As an Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.Responsibilities

• Responsible for the IT infrastructure at the site
• Support desktops, laptops, NetPCs and servers, printers, VoIP phones and network troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Ability to configure, deploy, install, migrate, order, patch, replace, support, and triage site infrastructure as follows:
• Wintel/Linux NetPCs, Standard and Process PCs
• Microsoft Windows Server OS
• HP and Manufacturing Printers (HP, Zebra, etc.)
• Ethernet, Wireless, LAN/WAN, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, VoIP Phones and VPN
• Provide Standard and Local Software Support — MS Office 365, Microsoft Teams, etc.
• Accept and update/close ITSM tickets in a timely manner per Service Level Agreement
• Maintain dashboard expectations for PCs, ITSM tickets, Telecom, and system vulnerabilities
• Attend and comply with all plant, corporate IT and safety required training or activities
• Must be self-motivated and willing to work with minimal work direction by applying skills
• HS Diploma, 5+ years of IT experience supporting PCs, Servers, Printers and Network Infrastructure

The salary range for this role is $40,000 to $55,000 or the hourly equivalent.
