Qualifications

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field. Human Resources (HR) may substitute experience on a 1-year:1-year basis in lieu of education. Experience substituted for education will not be applied toward the minimum experience requirement below (i.e., the same experience will not be counted twice).

Required Experience:

Three (3) years of experience purchasing/managing contracts and finances. Experience applied toward the minimum experience requirement will not be substituted for education above (i.e., the same experience will not be counted twice).

Responsibilities

Responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring contracts and all associated information and terms, conditions, and fee calculations. Works with vendors and Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. (TMH) departments. Responsible for project accounting, including initial budgeting and actual expenditures. Maintains data relative to project contract terms, balances, and changes. Maintains overall view of processes to ensure efficiencies. Develops and maintains data to ensure compliance and inform auditing activities.
