ABOUT OUR ENGINEERING SCIENCES TEAM

As part of our expanding Global Engineering and Scientific consulting team, you will work at the forefront of today's most complex engineering challenges. You will be engaged in analyzing failures of a myriad of products from various industries, with a focus on large industrial facilities like power plants, Oil & Gas facilities, chemical processing plants, construction, and similar sectors. Outside of that work, you will also be involved in automotive, consumer products, consumer electronics, and medical devices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist project managers in reviewing and proofreading expert reports
  • Assemble, clean, and process raw photos and documents into a standard organizational format
  • Review electronic and hard-copy documents
  • Coordinate schedules between multiple internal and external parties
  • Maintain records on multiple ongoing projects at different stages
  • Communicate professionally, clearly, patiently, and kindly with clients in written and verbal formats
  • Finalize documents into PDFs by combining multiple files and produce/download documents via electronic file sharing platforms
  • Skills

    • Ability to maintain composure with demanding clients or parties

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification
  • English proficiency in speaking and writing; additional languages, especially Spanish, are beneficial
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Willingness to receive constructive feedback
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, and perseverance
  • Ability to work constructively with demanding clients or parties, maintaining professionalism and positivity
  • Collaborative mindset
