Analyst/Developer - General 1 - Aditi Consulting : Job Details

Summary: Subject matter experts will provide content, and a library of existing content is available to replicate. Position will provide opportunity to participate in a newer initiative to modernize and elevate organization's training goals. Typical Day:

• Create engaging e-learning modules using Articulate 360
• Follow instructional design guidelines and content storyboards
• Connect with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to address content questions
• Take feedback and make edits to e-learning modules
• Manage multiple projects and keep track of project status
• Work with Global Dealer learning to get modules updated in Client's online training catalog
• Create product Tip Sheets
• Maintain Client's Training page
• Manage training campaigns
• Provide admin support with webinar training
• Monitor training results

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor's in Educational Design / Instructional Design / Communication strongly preferred
• In lieu of Bachelor's degree, will accept equivalent relevant experience.
• Association for Talent Development (ATD) and/or Training Industry certifications preferred (both offer instructional design certifications)

Technical Skills Required:

• Articulate 360
• Video editing

• Knowledge of instructional design concepts
• At least one year of experience with Instructional Design

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $35.00 - $40.00 /hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
