Job Title: Analyst or Consultant (Real Estate Valuation Team)

Location: New York City, Rochester, or Long Island (Hauppauge, NY)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Real Estate Valuation Analyst or Consultant with 1-2+ years of experience to join our growing Real Estate Valuation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform appraisals of commercial real estate nationwide for financial reporting, tax, transaction, and strategic purposes in accordance with USPAP
• Conduct financial statement analysis and build detailed financial models
• Draft valuation reports and presentations
• Support senior team members in managing client relationships and engagements
• Conduct industry and company-specific research to support valuation assumptions

Core Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
• 1-2+ years of relevant experience in real estate valuation, accounting advisory, or financial consulting
• Fundamental understanding of real estate valuation techniques and financial analysis
• Real Estate Appraisal Trainee License or strong interest in pursuing appraisal licensure

Other Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
