This position will be based on-site at our office in Denver, CO, in alignment with our flexible work policy (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible).

Vantage is seeking an Analyst, Commercial Investments, NA to support commercial underwriting and investment efforts across the North America platform. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Essential Job Functions
  • Support financial analysis of potential commercial partnerships, customer leasing opportunities, and land acquisitions, including identifying key risks in partnership with senior team members.
  • Assist in building and maintaining financial models to evaluate investment decisions; incorporate sensitivities and scenario analysis to support risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Site Selection, Legal, Finance) to gather data and refine model inputs.
  • Prepare summary materials and assist in creating presentations for senior leadership, focusing on key metrics, trends, and investment considerations.
  • Participate in internal deal discussions and contribute to supporting materials for customer lease and site acquisition negotiations.
  • Perform market and industry research to support investment theses and strategy development.
  • Additional duties as assigned by Management
Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, real estate, economics, or a related field, required.
  • 13 years of experience in a finance-related role (e.g., investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, private equity, or real estate finance), required.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, with exposure to valuation methodologies such as DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysis; experience building or modifying dynamic models preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to clearly present findings to colleagues and managers.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with evolving priorities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Experience in data centers or commercial/industrial real estate is a plus but not required.
  • Travel required is expected to be up to 20% but may increase over time as the business evolves.

Additional Details
  • Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)

  • Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
