Now is an exciting time to join our team as we continue to change the industry through experience in technology development, full-custom ASIC / SOC and electronics development across the Semiconductor, Medical and Defense industries, including some of the most challenging fabrication processes and product applications.The team has an exciting opportunity for a Mixed Signal IC Layout Lead to join our diverse team executing full-custom integrated circuit development with specific responsibility for driving the layout and verification on complex, high-performance circuits.Job Location and Work Mode:

• Richardson, Tx (Hybrid; 3 Days A Week In Office)

The Best Fit Candidate For This Position Will Have

• Minimum 10 years industry experience in IC layout
• Solid experience in Cadence Virtuoso/Synopsys Custom Compiler Layout tool and verification tools, Calibre/PVS/IC Validator.
• Experience in LVS and DRC.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under time constraints.
• Attention to details, reading layout specifications.
• Good understanding of the semiconductor foundry process flow.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or associate's degree in Layout

ResponsibilitiesApply your experience as part of the team to drive success with specific responsibilities that include:

• Chip level integration including IP blocks, digital blocks, and analog blocks.
• Chip level verification including DRC/LVS/EMIR, parasitic extraction, and metal density fill.
• Effective collaboration with local and remote team members.
