Analog IC Design Engineer - SRI International : Job Details

Defining architecture. Designing, modeling and laying out circuit components. Monitoring and summarizing progress of various collaborating teams Qualifications Bachelors with 3 years of exp or Masters with 2 years of exp or PhD with 1 years of exp in the area of Analog/ Mixed-Signal IC design with CMOS technology. Due to government contract requirements candidates must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident. Solid understanding, design and tape-out experience of analog and mixed-signal CMOS circuits. Knowledge of analog circuits such as bandgap, Op. Amps, comparators, filters, ADC, DAC, PLL, and high-speed IO cells. Experience with Cadence Virtuoso Schematic Editor, Layout Editor, Spectre/ APS SPICE simulators. Experience in analog IC layout to address DRC, LVS, matching, shielding, electromigration, IR drops, and power/ground bouncing issues. Familiarity with Verilog. A/ AMS behavioral modeling is a plus.
