How you will create an impact:
  • Drive Smart Staffing: Partner with leaders across the Americas Division to strategically manage Americas Division staffing needs while balancing business goals, employee development, and team engagement.
  • Anticipate & Adapt: Monitor talent supply and demand, proactively identifying gaps, surpluses, and potential roadblocks before they impact the business.
  • Be a Creative Problem-Solver: Resolve staffing challenges with thoughtful, flexible solutions that meet both short-term needs and long-term goals.
  • Maximize Talent Utilization: Collaborate with global staffing colleagues to ensure resources are deployed efficiently and effectively across teams and projects.
  • Support Talent Pipelines: Coordinate staffing for interns, and early-career hires ensuring smooth integration and strong development opportunities.
  • Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner: Support the Americas Division with performance management, coaching, development planning, workforce budgeting, employee engagement, employee relations issues, culture and belonging initiatives, and other strategic HR initiatives.
  • Lead with Data: Own metrics like utilization, chargeability, learning and development and skills tracking — and use data to inform decisions and highlight opportunities.
  • Bridge Strategy and People: Align staffing decisions with learning, development, and performance management processes to drive continuous growth.
  • Support Day-to-Day Operations:Act as a go-to contact for staffing and HR-related matters for the Americas Division, while identifying strategic process improvements that enhance team effectiveness and the employee experience.
Your profile:
  • A Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in staffing/resource planning, workforce management, or project operations — ideally in consulting or a professional services environment.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you're a natural relationship-builder and trusted advisor.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and thrive under pressure.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a focus on execution.
  • A genuine interest in talent, team dynamics, and creating a high-performing culture.
The pay range for this is $85,000-$105,000/year. Compensation may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, 13 paid holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, basic life insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
