Position Overview:

The Ambulatory Services Manager oversees Hem-Onc Clinics and Infusion Services at the Acton Road location during the morning shift. The role involves setting goals, implementing policies, and ensuring quality and financial standards are met within the ambulatory care setting.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $94,375.00 - $153,355.00 / year

Responsibilities:

Achieve goals and ensure policies are implemented for the ambulatory areas of responsibility, maintaining quality and financial standards as outlined in the Nurse Manager Recruitment and Retention Plan.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Five (5) years of related experience, including two (2) years in nursing leadership
  • Current Alabama RN license
  • Current CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified)
  • ACLS and/or PALS certification may be required based on clinic needs (must be obtained within 6 months if required)
