The James Facilities Planning and Operations Department is responsible for overseeing and coordinating activities that support the delivery of high-quality patient services and effective hospital operations. The department is responsible for all James owned and/or managed facilities including the James Cancer Hospital, all outpatient sites, and administrative centers. The department works collaboratively with all departments in The James and acts as the liaison to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center support services departments including Security, Facilities Operations, Facilities Planning, and Facilities Design and Construction.
Under the direction and supervision of the Associate Director, James Facilities Operations, the Ambulatory Care Associate Administrator uses business expertise to provide support to department operations including project management, resource planning and development, procurement, organization, process improvement, standardization initiatives, building safety and compliance, and environmental services specific to the James Martha Morehouse Outpatient Care ( Morehouse Tower ) campus located at 2050 Kenny Road, Columbus, Ohio 43221.
