    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves comprehensive management and execution of paid search campaigns on Amazon, Walmart, and other e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of PPC products, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. You will be responsible for planning, executing and managing PPC campaigns to achieve and surpass KPIs, focusing on optimizing campaign performance, maximizing return-on-ad-spend (ROAS), and minimizing cost per acquisition (CPA). The ideal candidate has a detailed understanding of digital marketing and understands the short-term and long-term financial impact of all paid media efforts. Additionally, you have experience in managing budgets and have a keen eye for optimizing spend and improving campaign efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, manage, and optimize comprehensive Amazon PPC strategies to increase visibility and drive sales.
    • Plan and execute PPC campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, and other channels, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
    • Monitor campaign performance continuously, adjusting strategies to achieve assigned KPIs, including ROAS, ACOS, CPA, New-to Brand and other.
    • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign data, creating detailed performance reports to inform and guide the marketing team and relevant team members
    • Manage and leverage the risk and loss pool of each campaign for ongoing testing, experimentation, and optimization.
    • Stay up-to-date with Amazon's advertising policies, trends, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PPC strategies with overall business goals.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in managing Amazon PPC campaigns and a strong understanding of e-commerce advertising strategies.
    • Familiarity with PPC products offered by Amazon, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate insights, and create comprehensive reports.
    • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

    • Data analysis & interpretation. You will have to process and review a lot of information from a variety of sources, understand how data is collected, assess data quality, and how to use the information.
    • Communication skills. You need to have advanced communication skills in both oral and written form. Emails and written communication with colleagues and external partners, written reports for senior executives. Able to communicate complex financial information to people outside of the finance department.
    • Comfortable with technology. Able to navigate data through computers, mobile, software, databases. Stay up to date with technology advances.
    • Oriented to detail. Financial forecasts rely on projections which can be impacted by even minor changes in sales patterns, consumer sentiment, economic shifts, competitor changes, etc. You will need to be attuned to small changes in all streams of data.
    • Confident decision-making skills. You will need to review data and make sound decisions on what actions to take and make confident recommendations to senior management. You may need to make decisions quickly with limited amounts of information in urgent situations.
