Position Title: Alumni Relations Officer (Alumni and Special Events Manager)

Employment Type: Full Time, Limited, Annual

Reports To: The Alumni and Special Events Manager will report to Vice Chancellor of Development.

Full Time Pay Range: Commensurate with experience.

The Alumni and Special Events Manager is a key leader in advancement efforts involving alumni and university special events.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute alumni events and special initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with alumni and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance event success.
  • Manage event budgets and resources effectively.

    • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in event planning and alumni relations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
