The Alray Scholars Program was founded to help Boston students return to college and graduate. We give Boston students a second chance at college through scholarships, mentoring, and career services.
We are always looking for caring, responsible adult volunteers who can serve as a trusted friend, advisor, and advocate to an Alray Scholar. As a mentor, you would support a scholar in developing important academic and life skills, identifying useful resources, making positive life decisions, and ultimately earning an Associate, Bachelor, or vocational degree.
RequirementsVolunteers have been critical to the success of our scholars by providing one-on-one mentoring, connecting scholars to job opportunities, planning our annual graduation event, and so much more.
