Who we are looking for

We are looking for qualified individuals with strong understanding of institutional finance and experience in Business analysis, project management, data analysis in order to transform and automate solutions for client implementation team in the Alpha front-to-back client onboarding platform

What you will be responsible for

As Alpha Product Automation AVP you will.

  • Perform business analysis and requirements for transformation and automation solutions
  • Gather requirements from the client implementation team and execute the client implement rollout tasks. Work closely with IT teams to prioritize system integration tasks and readiness for the client implementation team.
  • Provide support during various client conversion events.
  • Perform data analysis and troubleshooting on loaders, data control checks and reconciliation data.
  • Oversee and liaison between the business and the technology teams.
  • Develop project plans, specifying goals, risks, contingency plans, etc. Identify and schedule project deliverables and milestones
  • Collaborate with testing team and testing software solutions
  • Manage various stages of the on-boarding lifecycle (solution design, integration and testing, implementation and BAU hand over).

  • Experience in modern development practices, API designs and architecture diagrams
  • Experience in SQL

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Finance or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of financial industry experience across front office, middle (IBOR) and back office systems, services and data domains.

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $142,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
