  • Act as the main point of contact for allied health professionals seeking new roles
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with candidates across various allied disciplines (e.g., radiology techs, surgical techs, therapists, lab professionals, etc.)
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding and prioritizing each candidate's preferences
  • Respond to new candidate inquiries and applications through our app, website, or other channels
  • Manage the hiring process from screening and interviewing to credentialing and job placement
  • Clearly explain pay packages and job benefits
  • Proactively build a pipeline of qualified allied health professionals for current and future roles
  • Promote opportunities through text, phone, email, and app-based outreach
  • Work through and resolve challenges quickly and professionally
  • Stay engaged with industry trends and actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and idea sharing
About you:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a recruiter (experience with permanent placements is a plus)
  • You're goal-oriented and driven by success
  • You have strong communication skills and feel confident engaging by phone, email, and text
  • You're energized by solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment
  • You're comfortable working on-site with a team and collaborating daily
  • Bachelor's degree required
