Position: Permanent NP - Neonatology Location: Dallas, Texas Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care to neonates in the NICU, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Perform and assist with procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and resuscitation. Educate and support families on neonatal care and treatment plans. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records. Qualifications: Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP). Active Texas NP license (or willingness to obtain). NRP and BLS certifications required.
