JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS Penn State Hazleton is seeking a Part-Time Alcohol Prevention Outreach Assistant. The Part-Time Alcohol Prevention Outreach Assistant will interact with the student population at Penn State Hazleton to raise awareness for underage and high-risk drinking. Awareness will be raised through targeted programming, tabling, and outreach. This position will assist in schedule and facilitating social media campaign and alternative activities to decrease high risk drinking. The hired individual will work 15 hours per week during the fall 2025 semester. The bulk of the hours worked will occur during normal working hours, but flexibility in hours is a plus due to the nature of the campus and some evening programming may occur. This is a grant funded position. The position is in the Student Engagement Department and reports to the Campus Counselor and Campus Nurse.
