The Role

Under the direction of management, ensures responsible service of alcohol throughout the entire building in accordance with state and company policies. Assists staff with alcohol-related issues, observes and documents any alcohol-related issues, assists with alcohol cut-off, and performs other duties as assigned by management. Responsible for monitoring all employees adherence to the Legends Alcohol Policy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the serving of alcohol by game day staff
• Ensure staff adherence to Legends alcohol service policy
• Observe and document all alcohol-related issues or violations
• Assist with alcohol cut-off and perform other duties as assigned by management
• Complete inventory at assigned locations
• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
• Interact with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction
• Have extensive knowledge of the food and beverage menu, specials, and services offered
• Know the venue layout and area where working
• Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail exceeding expectations
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area
• Ensure compliance with all company service standards
• Work as part of a team with fellow associates and other departments
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcohol service

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Some alcohol compliance experience preferred
• Proactive, self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
• Punctual and dependable
• Ability to move quickly and act within established timeframes
• Maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance
• Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
• Physical ability to stand, kneel, lift (up to 30 pounds), carry items, push carts, walk quickly, and bend
• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced, challenging, and diverse environment

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations, and complete safety training.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
