Oversees the planning, implementation, staffing, and tracking for the fulfillment and delivery of the store's online shopping website. Will maintain the order fulfillment process and scheduling of personal shoppers and delivery drivers.

Accountable and reports to: District Store Director, Store Manager, Assistant Manager of; Store Operations, Perishables, and Health Wellness Home. Positions that report to you: Department Employees.
Primary duties and responsibilities include providing prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service, ensuring smooth operation of the order fulfillment process, training new employees, scheduling department employees, and adhering to all food safety guidelines.
Secondary duties and responsibilities include performing other job-related duties and special projects as required.
Supervisory responsibilities include instructing, assigning, reviewing, and planning the work of others, maintaining standards, and coordinating activities.
Knowledge, skills, abilities, and worker characteristics include commitment to the Hy-Vee mission, good verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to identify problems and develop solutions, and ability to interact with basic computer systems.
Education and experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be skilled in the computer as well as the internet.
Physical requirements include visual requirements, ability to perform sedentary work, and ability to perform various physical activities.
Working conditions include exposure to dust, noise, temperature extremes, hazards from moving equipment, and possible electrical shock. There is constant pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
Equipment used to perform the job includes PC, modem, printer, Windows NT, Microsoft Office, and various other devices.
Contacts include daily contact with store personnel, suppliers/vendors, customers, and the general public, as well as occasional contact with federal or state regulatory agencies.
Confidentiality includes access to confidential information such as inventory costs, sales, e-mail messages, pricing, sales reports, and profit and loss reports.
