As an Airport Manager, you will oversee all activities at our airport location, ensuring smooth and profitable operations with satisfied customers and employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage all airport activities related to customer service at the rental counter, vehicle rental, selling additional products, and preparing vehicles for the next rental.
- Plan and implement staffing schedules based on business demands, overseeing both exempt and nonexempt personnel.
- Oversee shuttling of customers between rental counters, cars, and airline terminals.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Provide statistical data related to transactions and revenue projects.
- Assist in preparing the annual budget.
- Monitor gasoline prices and charges.
- Implement HR policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of leadership and management experience.
- Experience in car/truck rental preferred, along with human resources, training, customer service, and operations.
- Working knowledge of P&L statements.
- Strong decision-making, analytical, and math skills.
- Excellent management, communication, organization, and administration skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, BART, and O2.
- Willingness to travel.
