Airport Construction Laborer - Diamond's Management Group : Job Details

Diamond's Management Group, Inc. Location: Dulles International Airport / MWAA Project Sites General Description: The Airport Construction Laborer provides essential field support for various operations on airport construction and maintenance projects. This role assists skilled trades and crews by performing manual labor tasks to ensure work areas are safe, organized, and compliant with MWAA and company standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with setup and takedown of construction zones, including traffic control devices

• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools across jobsite

• Clean and maintain work areas free of debris and hazards

• Support hydro excavation, trucking, or carpentry crews as directed

• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Aid in trenching, backfilling, and other groundwork tasks

• Follow MWAA jobsite safety protocols and secure area access requirements

• Ensure all personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn and maintained

• Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition

• Perform other duties as assigned by the foreman or superintendent

• Must be eligible for MWAA badge and pass all required background checks

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor environments

• Reliable transportation to and from the airport site

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed

• Basic understanding of construction safety; OSHA 10 preferred

• Prior labor or construction experience is beneficial but not required

• Salary: $17.00 to $21.00 /hour
