What You'll Do:

Our Business Development Team is at the heart of our relationships with clients, ensuring we build and maintain strong connections with Strategic Airlines and Freight Forwarders. As a team, we're responsible for owning customer success and satisfaction - from identifying opportunities for account expansion to supporting and leading deal negotiations and closings. We're continuously gaining industry insights by building close relationships with our end customers, ensuring their needs align with Skycell's offering and allowing us to convert opportunities into won business.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the implementation and negotiation of new or updated strategic partner master lease agreements within the region
• Collaborate with partner organizations and internal departments to monitor shipments and support operational execution
• Assist the operational sub-team with tasks such as airline lease customs setup
• Support airlines with day-to-day questions
• Support customer solution engineering activities of the sales departments
• Collaborate with the pricing team to ensure a competitive offering (including feedback from airlines on rate levels, supporting pricing with per kg info for business cases, general MLA rates, etc.)
• Work with the pricing and operations departments to achieve cost reductions in logistics charges, including repositioning
• Lead airline negotiations on operational matters and ensure these agreements are implemented and honored globally
• Track the performance of partners, including leasing and operational support transactions
• Identify new business opportunities at the Airline Headquarters level and develop joint initiatives with internal sales teams
• Conduct regular business reviews with partner airlines and monitor relevant KPIs
• Maintain active relationships with key stakeholders, including regular on-site visits at HQs
• Conduct training sessions for airline HQs, stations, and Ground Handling Agents based on local needs
• Lead and participate in SkyCell and airline events within the region
• Lead marketing efforts through newsletters and events
• Act as an escalation point for commercial and operational issues with partner airlines, providing troubleshooting support
• Gain industry knowledge through close relations with airline senior management to uncover trends
• Lead the implementation of the global airline strategy and onboarding

RequirementsWhat You'll Bring:

• Commercial apprenticeship and/or a master's or bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience working for an airline or in a related field
• Understanding of airline logistics services such as airline lease, reverse logistics, network balancing, service AWB, cost optimization, etc.
• Strong airline network within the region
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
