Job Description
- Adhere to General Work Requirements as required in coordination with Quality leadership.
- Research and document all maintenance program requirements, including Inspection Program, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, etc., to establish comprehensive and accurate listings for specific aircraft models.
- Research all maintenance documentation for an aircraft and conduct necessary on-aircraft inspections to accurately determine the aircraft's configuration.
- Use research to establish aircraft maintenance requirements relevant to customer visits and compile the results into understandable reports for delivery to customers.
- Support Quality Inspectors by performing inspection duties and returning aircraft to service as requested by Quality Leadership.
- Ensure all work packages (orders and forms), records of arrival, maintenance, and corrective actions are accurately documented, and all customer (RED, RFE & SRPSA) and regulatory paperwork (FAA, FAR/CAA, etc.) is complete with necessary approvals.
- Perform walk-around inspections of aircraft for release from maintenance.
- Conduct return-to-service procedures and verify that the aircraft meets all airworthiness requirements before returning to service.
- Train, coach, and mentor employees in their duties within their areas of qualification.
- Provide data and reports to customers as requested.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Hold a current and valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License.
- At least 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience working on corporate or commercial jets.
- Minimum of 1 year working on Bombardier aircraft.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Quality Inspector in an aviation maintenance environment.
- Skilled in planning and problem-solving, ensuring challenges are resolved efficiently and commitments are met.
- Ability to make strategic decisions, considering broader business goals.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong Get It Done attitude, focused on results and adaptable to change.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.

- Proficient with measuring tools, hand tools, and test equipment.
- Knowledge of domestic and international regulatory requirements (FAR, CAA, RSM/QCM, FAA, AD, SB, CFR, TCDS, etc.).
- Proficient with software tools such as Excel, Access, Word, Quality Maintenance Tracking systems, SAP, AMS, and internet platforms.
- Thorough understanding of return-to-service procedures and SAP applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to train, coach, and mentor team members.
