Big Bend Community College (BBCC), a rural college serving vibrant, culturally rich communities in the Columbia Basin of Central Washington invites applications for an Aircraft Mechanic in the college's Aviation Program. Under general supervision, perform visual and manual inspections, maintenance and repair work on engine and engine components, fuel systems, control systems, propellers, landing gear, steering and brake systems, and airframe and structures on airplanes; inspect, and maintain accessories, and avionic testing equipment; assure compliance with manufacturer requirements and federal and state regulations. This position reports to the Director of Flight Operations and receives direction and guidance from the Aircraft Mechanic/Inspector Lead and Chief Pilot.
