A Day in the Life of The Aircraft Maintenance ManagerAs the Aircraft Maintenance Manager, you will manage assigned aircraft maintenance lines using production schedules, labor analysis, and budgetary information. You will utilize resources to manage entire aircraft maintenance, preventative maintenance, or alteration projects. You will oversee product quality while ensuring maintenance tasks and functions are carried out in compliance with the applicable requirements of the air carrier maintenance program and its inspection procedures manual.
Essential Duties of The Aircraft Maintenance ManagerWhile performing duties, employees will sit, stand, walk, use hands and arms, talk, hear, and focus on objects close up. Lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds may be required.
CompensationThe full base pay range is $92,000-$138,000 annually, excluding benefits or bonuses. Salary depends on skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The position is eligible for an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
