Air Gateway Operations Agent II - AIT Worldwide Logistics : Job Details

The International Air Gateway Agent role manages and operates the AIT Gateway functionality. It serves as a liaison between the rest of US & Overseas AIT stations as well as Global Agent providers that have Air freight transiting. Responsibilities Manage all Console pre-bookings, schedule and post it on Cargo. Wise. Obtain and maintain the scheduled consoles rates. Book all B 2 B requests from stations, vertical teams and account managers. Obtain all pricing requests from carriers by all stations, vertical teams, and account managers. Report to all stations, vertical teams, account managers, etc. all cargo received at the Dock that belongs to them for a console or B 2 B shipment (i.e. scan and email warehouse receipts)Process all MAW - Bs, consoles and B 2 B. Ensure all HAW - Bs link to a console or B 2 B master have the necessary approval from destination agent.
