Role Description

We're looking for knowledgeable, detail-oriented individuals with strong expertise in any academic or professional discipline to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI systems.

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Contributor, you'll work on projects that involve evaluating AI-generated responses, grading and ranking AI essays, crafting high-quality prompts, spotting reasoning errors, and improving factual accuracy and depth in your area of knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Create challenging, creative prompts, questions, and tasks related to your field
• Evaluate and score AI-generated responses for correctness, clarity, and reasoning
• Identify misconceptions, biases, and technical inaccuracies in AI-generated responses
• Suggest edits or provide rewritten answers that improve the AI model's output
• Collaborate with our team of reviewers, annotators, and researchers
• Optional: contribute to multilingual, cross-disciplinary, or multimodal projects

Qualifications

• Advanced coursework, teaching, research, or professional experience in your field
• Strong writing, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Comfort reviewing and writing technical or academic content
• Optional: Familiarity with LaTeX, code, APA/MLA formats, or educational standards
• Bonus: Experience with AI, language models, or data annotation
