AI Solution Manager / Senior AI Solution Manager - Generative AI

The AI Solution Manager / Senior AI Solution Manager - Generative AI role involves customer engagement, product development, and business development within the AI / ML domain.

AI Solution Managers collaborate with customers to identify, scope, and quantify the economic value of enterprise-level problems that can be addressed with Generative AI Applications. They lead cross-functional teams—including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Application Developers, and Architects—to develop or configure AI / ML solutions. Examples include enhancing customer service, optimizing supply chains, transforming healthcare, improving manufacturing efficiency, and automating financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business and IT leaders at Fortune 500 companies to identify, scope, and quantify use cases for C3 AI solutions.
  • Define AI-driven resolution strategies and lead teams to create or configure production-ready AI / ML applications.
  • Work closely with C3 AI Sales teams to convert and expand customer accounts.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed.
    • Qualifications:

    Candidates should have a passion for Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, excel in problem-solving, and possess an advanced business or technical degree combined with consulting or product management experience. Successful candidates will have delivered complex projects and meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields; Master's or MBA preferred.
  • At least 4 years of work experience, including 2+ in management consulting or product management. Experience with machine learning, big data analytics, data science, cloud computing, and generative AI concepts like RAG is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of business operations; knowledge of industries such as high tech, energy, telecom, financial services, life sciences, or manufacturing is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of goal-oriented delivery.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to senior executives.
  • Ability to lead projects and collaborate across diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

    California Base Pay Range: $112,000 — $193,000 USD
