Our GenAI Center of Excellence is dedicated to advancing AI capabilities and ensuring their successful implementation across the organization. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced AI Solutions Architect to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions that align with business objectives. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to design scalable, efficient, and innovative AI systems. The AI Solutions Architect collaborates with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful deployment and integration of AI technologies.The TeamThe AI Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions that align with business objectives. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to design scalable, efficient, and innovative AI systems. The architect collaborates with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful deployment and integration of AI technologies.How You Will Contribute

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI systems.
• Design scalable and robust AI architectures, including data pipelines and model deployment strategies.
• Select appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and tools for specific projects.
• Oversee the development and training of machine learning models.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI systems with existing IT infrastructure and applications.
• Validate and test AI solutions to meet business and industry standards.
• Monitor the performance of AI models and fine-tune them as necessary.
• Continuously assess and optimize AI systems for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives.
• Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and methodologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience in software development, AI, or machine learning roles.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing AI solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.
• Expertise in AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Leadership and project management capabilities.

Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive an annual discretionary contribution to their 401(k) retirement savings plan from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The amount of vacation and personal days available varies based on tenure and role type. Click here for more information regarding A&M's benefits program.The salary range is $160,000 - $195,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.
