AI Research Scientist
π§ Design and evaluate novel AI/ML models across foundational and applied domains
π Drive innovation in LLMs, deep learning, and reinforcement learning techniques
π Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring research into production
π Publish, present, and patent high-impact findings in AI and machine learning
π Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence, including areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, generative models, and reinforcement learning
- Design and implement novel algorithms and model architectures for experimentation and deployment
- Analyze large-scale datasets to extract insights, train models, and validate hypotheses
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research into scalable solutions and production-ready systems
- Stay current with the latest literature and contribute to the AI research community through papers, presentations, or patents
- Build and evaluate proof-of-concept systems and prototypes for real-world application
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists in scientific rigor, model development, and experimentation
- Support internal IP development and contribute to strategic technical roadmaps

Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master's) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong publication record in top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, CVPR, ICLR) is highly preferred
- Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, or statistical modeling
- Experience with model development using TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or similar frameworks
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with large-scale data processing
- Solid understanding of model evaluation, optimization techniques, and deployment workflows
- Ability to independently design and drive research agendas with business impact
