AI Program Manager - Kwik Trip : Job Details

Include but Are Not Limited To:Lead end-to-end management of AI programs from ideation to deployment. Collaborate with executive leadership to define AI roadmaps and prioritize initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders. Ensure compliance with AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory standards. Define KPIs and monitor performance of AI initiatives. Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members. Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field 46 years of experience in program management, product strategy, or AI/ ML leadership. PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus. Strong understanding of AI/ ML concepts and software development methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
