We are seeking an AI Program Manager who will serve as a strategic right hand to our Chief AI Officer (CAIO), managing execution across EisnerAI's most critical initiatives. This role will coordinate multiple, high-impact workstreams including AI strategy implementation, stakeholder and vendor engagement, responsible AI governance, use-case development, and firm-wide enablement efforts. • Lead cross-functional AI program execution, including strategy, governance, vendor management, enablement, and change management
• Track milestones, dependencies, and KPIs across multiple workstreams to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including Microsoft and other vendors, to operationalize scalable AI solutions
• Manage the Responsible AI governance model, ensuring ethical, compliant, and risk-aware AI implementation
• Drive enablement and adoption efforts, including training, AI community engagement, and communication rollouts
• Support AI Experience Center activation for client co-innovation, solution showcases, and internal collaboration
• Develop and maintain dashboards, risk logs, and readouts for the CAIO and stakeholders
• Coordinate prototype development for prioritized use-cases, guiding agile delivery and cross-team alignment
• Operationalize EisnerAI's strategic goals to unlock measurable ROI from AI initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years in program management
• At least 5 years managing AI-related programs or projects, preferably in consulting or professional services
• Experience with Agile methodologies; PMP or similar certification preferred

• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, data strategy, and transformation practices in professional services
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs across technical and non-technical domains
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver impact in a fast-paced environment
• An advanced degree is a plus
