• Work Arrangement: 3 days onsite & 2 days remote (hybrid)
• Duration: 8 Months (Contract to Hire)
• Pay Range: $70 – $75/hr

Looking for a hands-on AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic Technology Research and Innovation team, where you'll play a pivotal role in spearheading AI initiatives and innovation. Your responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying AI systems that solve complex problems and drive technological advancement.

• 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Data Science
• Proficiency in Python, API development, and data analysis tools such as Pandas and NumPy
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and related frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience deploying models in production
• Experience with data management, visualization tools, and cloud platforms like AWS
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Develop scalable APIs in Python for model inferencing
• Design and implement AI solutions like RAG and agentic workflows
• Build and deploy machine learning models addressing business challenges
• Manage data pipelines and perform data preprocessing
• Stay updated with AI advancements and collaborate on innovative solutions
• Work with cross-functional teams and mentor junior members
