You have a proven track record of delivering software products and managing software development teams. Your deep understanding of AI technologies and enthusiasm for staying updated with the latest advancements make you an asset. You are adaptable, enthusiastic, and comfortable stepping into unfamiliar areas. Your collaborative nature helps bridge gaps between teams, and you excel in managing both people and projects efficiently.

Experience of EDA either as a user or developer would really help you stand out from the crowd

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing people and their workload, ensuring efficient and productive team operations.
• Owning and managing products within the Synopsys.ai Copilot suite, driving their development and success.
• Managing projects within those products, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Working with stakeholders to align on deliverables and ensure that the products meet business needs.
• Driving integration of Synopsys.ai Copilot products with the entire range of Synopsys products.

• Leading the productization of Synopsys.ai products, ensuring they are market-ready and competitive.

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience of delivering software products.
• Proven experience of managing software development teams.
• Proven experience of people management.
• Strong technical background in AI, ideally you should be capable of doing the job or a senior AI engineer
• Knowledge and experience of EDA (Electronic Design Automation) either as a user or as a developer is a massive plus.
