AI Implementation Specialist - PNY Technologies : Job Details

MAIN FUNCTION: The AI Implementation Specialist leads and supports the integration of artificial intelligence solutions within an organization. The main function is to assist in the development and execution of AI strategies that align with the organization's business goals. This role involves driving AI projects from inception to deployment, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery, and collaborating with various departments to integrate AI solutions seamlessly. Additionally, the AI Implementation Specialist focuses on rolling out, training, and promoting the adoption of Copilot and other AI tools, providing training and support to employees, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: Proven experience in AI project leadership or a similar role, with a track record of driving successful AI system implementations.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing Artificial Intelligence
  • 10+ years of experience within Information Technology
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with Epicor EDI HeadQuarters (EDI HQ) and HQXchange a plus
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data sets and derive actionable insights to inform AI solutions.
• Project Management Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with familiarity in project management methodologies and tools.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions during AI system deployment.
• Adaptability: Willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and integrate them into business processes.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Data Scientists and Engineers: Coordinate with technical teams to oversee the development, optimization, and deployment of AI models.
• IT and Security Teams: Ensure AI systems comply with data privacy regulations and maintain robust security standards.
• End Users: Provide training and support to employees to facilitate effective utilization of AI systems.

• Compliance Assurance: Ensure all AI implementations comply with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with AI technology vendors and service providers to facilitate successful implementations.
• Technology Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest AI technologies such as Google Gemini, Grok, ChatGPT, and notebookLM, and integrate them into business processes where applicable.
• Assist in other areas, as assigned.

COMPENSATION: The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
