AI Automation Engineer (Independent Contractor – Revenue Share Model)Location: Hybrid (Preferred: NJ/NYC area) or Remote (EST-friendly)

Halyard Consulting is an AI-forward innovation firm transforming how small and mid-sized businesses grow using automation, chatbots, and voice assistants. We build tools that drive real outcomes—automated lead capture, appointment scheduling, content generation, and more.

We've gained momentum across legal, healthcare, education, and media sectors, and we're looking to collaborate with a technically skilled, entrepreneurial-minded contractor excited to co-create and launch powerful AI-driven solutions.

This is not a salaried job or internship. We're seeking a contract-based collaborator to help build and refine our chatbot and voicebot workflows.

In return, you'll receive a percentage of monthly revenue generated from the tools you help build—under a formal Revenue Share Agreement. You'll retain autonomy, set your own schedule, and operate independently while contributing to a fast-growing AI product stack.

Ideal Skills and Experience

Familiarity with automation platforms.

Experience with LLM integrations

Understanding of low-code/no-code tools and API workflows

Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial mindset

Ability to work independently and manage deliverables remotely

Collaborate with the founder to build, refine, and expand AI chatbot/voicebot flows

Help integrate tools into onboarding pipelines, CRMs, or scheduling systems

Propose enhancements and streamline automation across industries

Track implementation outcomes tied to live revenue models

Revenue share agreement: Earn a percentage of subscription revenue from products and services you contribute to.

No W-2 employment or traditional salary
