Maintain and enhance AI agent workflows to improve accuracy, containment, and customer satisfaction.
Investigate, test, and update AI experiences using platform data and tools.
Collaborate with content, operations, and engineering teams for timely updates.
Partner with QA to identify trends and prioritize optimizations.
Troubleshoot system errors or broken intents and coordinate fixes with vendor and engineering teams.
23 years of experience in customer service operations, AI-driven support, or support content strategy.
Knowledge of trending AI technologies and their applications in customer service.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Remote role with minimal travel
Contract position with potential for extension or full-time conversion
