Requires Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Poly (CI poly within the last 7 years)
The Work: Leading a development team of 15-20 FTE's focused on storing and managing system SSR data using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing complex solutions utilizing AWS native technologies
- Ensuring the development team stays on schedule and is able to meet programmatic milestones
- Represents the team at customer meetings, TEMs and contributes to the team agile planning ceremonies
- Building REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objects
- Utilize Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2 and S3
- Implement CI/CD principals utilizing Maven, Gitlab and GitOps
- Agile development and delivery of software
- Communication and collaboration: Software Development is a team-oriented discipline. Engineers need to be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members, as well as with stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- 15 years of relevant experience Master's degree plus 13 years of relevant experience. An Associate's degree plus 17 years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 19 years of experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position.

- Java, Spring boot or python
- Microservice architectures
- CI/CD Tools: AWS tools, Maven, , Gitlab & GitOps; Kubernetes, docker, Ansible
- Database : NoSQL / MongoDB / DynamoDB Query and Schema Design
- OAuth/OIDC Implementation experience
- Test frameworks and automation to include Cyprus and Cucumber
- Previous team leadership experience is desired but not required.
- Knowledge of UTT or targeting is desired
