AGENT - SURVEILLANCE - Plaza Hotel & Casino, LLC : Job Details

It is the primary responsibility of the Surveillance Agent to monitor the casino and associated gaming areas via Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)/digital recording systems using direct observation techniques to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental, property, and company policies, practices, and procedures. Top 5 Specific Job Functions:Operates Surveillance equipment to ensure accurate video documentation with regard to irregularities or deviations from normal activities in all areas of responsibility. Writes factual reports about abnormal activity observed and ensure compliance with video review. Remains current of all activities that threaten the security of the hotel, guests, and employees. Monitors assigned areas on a continuous basis to ensure complete coverage. Ensures at all times that the Confidentiality Rules are observed and enforced.
