As an Agent Performance Manager, you will leverage your industry expertise to analyze and improve the performance of Toyota Insurance Dealer Point of Sale business. Your responsibilities include creating action plans, coordinating training, managing and developing team members, and reporting on performance metrics.

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in insurance or related fields.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Active Insurance General P&C License.
• 50-70% travel required.

• Business acumen, emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and relationship-building abilities.

Position is onsite in California (West Coast), with a salary range of $80,000-$100,000. The work environment includes office days and work-from-home Fridays, with travel to dealerships. Reporting directly to the Director of Partnerships and Dealer Channel, you will work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
