AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business-minded, and visionary Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven businesspeople interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You'll bring business or industry-relevant experience and need a level of capital to ensure your agency delivers the service AAA—and our members—expect. You'll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members. You'll sell property and casualty, life insurance and AAA memberships along with other products, to a well-defined and loyal client base.

Experience and licensing: 20+ years of Insurance Industry experience; Agency Recruiter; License in 14 states (resident & non-resident) Property & Casualty Insurance Producer.

• Own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members
• Sell property and casualty products (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles, and Commercial Lines) and life products (Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, Annuities)
• Offer programs for autos, bicycles, RVs, and motorcycles; provide access to brokered products from multiple carriers as appropriate by state
• Develop and manage a multi-line business, including staffing, financials, and strategic planning
• Coordinate with AAA recruiters and adhere to AAA protocols and standards during onboarding and ongoing operations
