We're seeking a dynamic Director for our After School Program for the 2025-2026 school year.RequirementsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Be at least 18 years old with a BA, BS, or Associate's degree, and meet one of the following:
• At least ten months of direct work experience with school-age children OR
• Vermont On-the-Job Training certificate OR
• Vermont Afterschool Professional Credential OR
• Vermont Program Director Credential OR
• Vermont Teacher Licensure OR
• Master's Degree in a youth-related field

Qualifications:

• Medically fit to perform all duties, free of communicable diseases including TB.
• Friendly, upbeat, with excellent interpersonal skills for working with children, parents, and team members.
• Physically capable of bending, stretching, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs.
