\n. This position is responsible to support the general administration of School Age Programs including the safety and quality of all operating sites in the region. This position leads the training and orientation of all School Age Program Staff in the Region by serving at the training site. Responsibilities also include the day-to-day general administration of a program including responsible for all children, staff supervision, budgeting, expense control, income generation, program development and quality control, community relations, collaborations, long-range planning and facility maintenance. The Youth Development Program Management Director also provides direction and leadership for the achievement of Association goals in accordance with the policies, procedures and standards established by the Board.\n\n.
