Sales Leadership and Strategy. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies with a global perspective aligned with the customer to achieve business objectives for growth, profitability, and market share expansion. Utilize sales enablement tools and initiatives such as Client. Link to optimize pipeline management, contract negotiation, and customer relationship management. Collaborate with category management to align product technologies and sales efforts with aerospace market demands and customer needs. Drive adoption of best practices in sales processes, pipeline development, and customer service excellence. Operational and Cross-Functional Collaboration.
