Aerospace Quality Control Manager - PPG : Job Details

Management representative for the ASC Quality Management System. Manage the ASC's compliance to NADCAP, AS 9100 and customer audit requirements. Facilitate customer Process Control Document (PCD) reviews, audits and assessments. Manage ASC quality lab activities and personnel. Member of the ASC leadership team (EHS LT, process improvement, LEAN)Facilitate problem solving and corrective actions using LEAN/ Six sigma methodologies. Manage customer complaints using PPG standard systems. Drive improvements throughout the organization using Root Cause Correction Action (RCCA) processes. Provide input for customer contractual quality requirements. Work with other departments to develop work instructions, SOPs, and other documentation as required. Qualifications.
