Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between company and clientele.
- Create proposals for customers regarding their aircraft maintenance needs.
- Create work orders based on customer agreed work scopes.
- Acquire daily updates on maintenance teams on corresponding aircraft.
- Present updated information regarding maintenance, repairs, parts, etc. to the customer.
- Work with upper management to ensure the timely completion of your project.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure alignment with project scope and objectives.
- Track and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures
- Coordinate with finance, operations, and procurement teams
- Maintain accurate project documentation (e.g., plans, schedules, technical documents).
- Prepare progress reports and status updates for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project coordination (aerospace, aviation)
