Aerospace Materials Operations and Supply Chain Director - PPG : Job Details

You will manage 4 Manufacturing Sites (Mojave CA, Shelby NC To be constructed, Wallingford CT, and Avon MA), the USCA Coatings and Sealants Supply Chain CoE Manager and the Transparencies Operational Excellence Leader. Be engaged in Safety and Quality; lead by example and ensure operational discipline and compliance with both company and regulatory requirements are fulfilled for all departments on site. Monitor and review Environmental, Health, and Safety performance; ensure compliance and continuous improvement in striving for a risk-free manufacturing environment. Build and develop an operations and supply chain culture that has a bias for action, commitment to value-added services/processes. Monitor and improve Key Performance Indicators; lead corrective action to deviations to plan. Facilitate communications throughout the sites and within the respective Business, Program, and Teams offsite.
